Our objective here is to provide clarity for you, regarding terminology and markets, and your financial life with building wealth and protecting it.

Tangible property is anything that can be touched, and includes both real property and personal property (or moveable property), and stands in distinction to intangible property.

Financial assets such as government securities, real estate, furniture, possessions, art, automobiles, motorcycles, boats, motorhomes, machinery, tools, equipment, and inventory represent your tangible assets.

An intangible asset is an asset that lacks physical substance and is usually very hard to evaluate.

Examples are patents, copyright,  franchises, goodwill, trademarks, and trade names. The general interpretation includes software and other intangible computer-based assets; these are all examples of intangible assets.

On behalf of our team, all of us have had tangible and intangible assets that we acquired and kept, sold, or at times lost. We have learned valuable lessons along the way.

If you are one of our students, clients, or members, we want you to know you are not alone in this adventure called life.

We want you to think of our team as an asset for you. Maybe we will be able to provide you with a good way to evaluate, review, estimate, weigh, appraise or analyze an opportunity or situation. 

Here is an example. A dentist was told he must update his old website to make it security compliant and mobile-friendly. This was foreign territory for him.

As a member of our Executive Pro Membership, we provided him with a Guide To Websites to read, plus a checklist, so he could be familiar with the terminology and possess a good understanding of the project.

Now he understood how to communicate with the project manager or eliminate the project manager and hire the right people himself.

These may include copywriters, designers, graphic artists, photographers, cinematographers, programmers, social media professionals, search engine optimization specialists, email marketing and funnel automation specialists, certified shopping cart expert and security and compliance experts. 

You get the idea. As an Executive Pro Member, we gave them a list of people and firms to check out. 

Not so long ago one of our members asked us about setting up an estate trust.
Now, this is a complex issue and not something you should dive into without thorough and diligent research and understanding.

As a member of our Executive Pro Membership, we provided this couple with the name of an attorney who specialized in asset protection, wills, and trusts. 
Because they were members it cost them nothing to call up the expert and learn about their options and what to ask for, look for, and expect when interviewing and evaluating legal experts who specialize in this service.
